Chimpanzee Capital Safari Lodge is an eco-friendly accommodation facility at the edge of Kibale National Park. We have spacious, cozy cottages that reflect the traditional architecture, boasting unique and stylish furniture with heavy emphasis on local materials. Our in-house chef will cater for the culinary needs of the most demanding of guests, offering local traditional, western and Mediterranean dishes. The bar provides an assortment of local and exotic brands. The service staff is always courteous, very personable and friendly. We felt comfortable all the time. The lodge is close to the starting point for the Chimp Trekking and is also a good starting point for a beautiful "community walk" where you definitely shouldn't miss the Banana Men :D In general, accommodation prices in Uganda are unreasonably high. But that is probably the price you pay to be able to visit a country like this.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a perfect stay at Chimpanzee Capital. Everyone working there is very sweet and welcoming, always with a smile. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and surrounded by trees full of monkeys and birds. We were grateful to stay for two nights and could easily have stayed for more. The manager was so kind to ask what we prefer to eat and when we requested local Ugandan food, he made lovely local dishes every meal and lots of delicious fruit fresh from the garden. We can't recommend this place enough and would definitely return.
